About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Regional Manager – Field Sales to reputed company business development and account growth reputed company an assigned region. This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market expansion across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, field-oriented sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned region and channels (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Specialty, Non-Automotive, and Rebuilder markets)
  • Identify and reputed company new business opportunities to expand market reputed company
  • Drive “pull-through” sales by engaging and converting reputed company installer accounts
  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits (up to 75% travel)
  • Collaborate with Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
  • Expand business reputed company existing accounts through product growth and program execution
  • Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness in the field
  • reputed company market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
  • Support resolution of customer issues reputed company to pricing, supply, quality, and service
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, or reputed company industries
  • Proven track record in account management and new business development
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license required; reputed company preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Additional Information

  • Travel requirement: Up to 75%
