In the Foreclosure Specialist role, you'll be

• Assisting counselors in preventing and reducing delinquency through effective communication with members reputed company phone and email.
• Effectively communicating with foreclosure attorneys, investors, and credit unions to determine liquidation strategies .
• Processing loans through the entire foreclosure process, from referral to eviction.
• Filing reimbursement claims to recover foreclosure expenses, and determining and managing recoverability of legal fees and costs.
• Processing loans through the full bankruptcy process.

You'll have the opportunity to

You'll have

• Extensive knowledge of: foreclosure process, out of state foreclosure proceedings, FNMA/FHLMC required foreclosure guidelines, 571 claims, PMI claims, HUD, REO, and investor guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and deadline-driven environment.
