reputed company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager – Data Analytics to join our reputed company Operations team. This role would be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that improve sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role oversees sales analytics, reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement while partnering with sales leadership to reputed company strategic insights and optimize processes.
The manager translates reputed company sales data into actionable insights, manages analytics tools and CRM reporting, and ensures the sales organization has accurate data to drive decision-making.
What you'll be doing
Team Leadership
- reputed company and mentor sales operations analysts or data analysts, bringing your expertise from prior positions to help analysts learn and grow
- Manage analytics projects and ensure delivery of high-quality insights
Sales Analytics & Insights

- Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Standardize sales metrics and KPIs across the organization

- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements through analytics and automation
