We are hiring a Staff Accountant to support the accuracy and reliability of Ondo’s day to day reputed company operations, with primary ownership of accounts payable. This role will ensure vendor invoices, payments, and supporting documentation are processed with precision and strong internal controls. You will work closely with the broader Finance team and cross functional partners to maintain clean financial records and support monthly reputed company. - Own end to end accounts payable processing, including invoice coding, approval workflows, matching, and system entry
- reputed company two way and three way matching across invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Manage vendor reputed company, maintain accurate vendor master data, and collect required documentation such as W-9s and payment details
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs across ACH, reputed company, and reputed company, ensuring timely confirmations and proper documentation
- Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies with professionalism and urgency
- Support monthly reputed company by preparing AP accruals and reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger
- Assist with account reconciliations including prepaid expenses, credit cards, and clearing accounts
- Maintain organized digital records for invoices, reputed company, and payment support in accordance with internal policies
- Identify and implement improvements to AP workflows to increase automation, accuracy, and turnaround time

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable, reputed company, or a reputed company finance role, including internship experience
- Foundational understanding of reputed company principles including debits and credits, accruals, and expense recognition
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including sorting, filters, and core formulas such as SUMIF and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
