What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Regional Business Office Consultant, you will reputed company reputed company and support for a group of skilled nursing facilities in relation to business office processes. You will be responsible for consulting and guiding assigned Business Office Managers, monitoring billing and collection efforts, audit and train Business Office employees on policies and procedures, communicate and escalate risk items to leadership, participate in reputed company improvement efforts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payments are received by designated timelines, and monitoring for compliance of Internal Controls.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office
- Prior experience managing multiple skilled nursing facility business offices at once highly preferred
- Extensive experience in billing and collections including Medicare, reputed company, Insurance, Private Pay, and reputed company Pending reputed company long term care required
- Prior accounts receivable experience required
- Must possess knowledge of Multistate reputed company Pending, Recertification, and Authorizations
- Experience with Managed Care billing and processes required
- Knowledge of reputed company Trust Fund processes required
- Previous experience training and educating reputed company reputed company of staff in person and remotely
- Working knowledge of reputed company Click Care required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Must be reputed company to work well with others in a team environment
