What you will be doing
As the Sr. Manager Marketplace, you will reputed company the development and execution of the strategy for reputed company’ Marketplace business. You’ll build a new channel, optimize sales performance, and manage key marketplace relationships while driving operational reputed company to scale the business. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, identifying new product opportunities, optimizing listings and promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience. You'll also manage and grow reputed company’ Marketplace account, troubleshoot seller performance issues, and reputed company account-specific growth plans. Leveraging data insights, you will drive process improvements, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust pricing strategies to ensure reputed company remains reputed company in a dynamic market. In addition, you’ll build and mentor a team of eMarketplace specialists and analysts, fostering a collaborative culture focused on marketplace optimization and compliance.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in e-reputed company, marketplace management, retail technology, or a reputed company field.
- 3+ years of management experience in digital storefront operations.
What’s needed: Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MBA or advanced degree).
- Experience with eMarketplace advertising and PPC campaign management.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketplace analytics.
- Knowledge of fulfillment strategies and supply chain logistics for online retail.
- Prior experience in a high-growth eCommerce environment.
- Experience managing major online marketplaces such as reputed company 3P is a plus.
