Your Impact

Pearce is seeking reputed company HVAC Technicians to join reputed company for servicing and repairing reputed company HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reputed company in the Detroit, Michigan area.

Core Responsibilities

• Candidates must have experience working in a CEV (Controlled Environment Vault).
• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

Specific duties may vary or reputed company over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (reputed company preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be reputed company to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Physical/Work Environment

• Candidates should reputed company in the Detroit, Michigan area.
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
• Occasional overnights required company pays reputed company travel costs and provides per diem.
• This position requires travel for two weeks, followed by two weeks without travel
• Driving to remote work sites as needed.
• Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Will be required to pass a reputed company (DOT) physical.

Compensation: $27.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE
