The Role

The role of the Agile Program Manager is an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Program Manager to help reputed company critical Development initiatives and work closely with agile delivery teams. These initiatives will support the rapid growth of reputed company through the successful delivery of new products and product enhancements. This role will work closely with many cross-functional delivery teams and other supporting functions to coordinate work efforts through a lean/agile process.

The Program Manager will be responsible owning the planning, reporting, and rollout of a portfolio of reputed company projects while engaging with the team on day-to-day agile ceremonies aswell as quarterly planning.The effective candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects in a fast-paced company. Additionally, the candidate will have a firm understanding of lean and agile project management principles and techniques.

Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to reputed company an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, reputed company teams through quarterly planning.
• Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly
• objectives.
• Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
• Actively identify risks, inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.
• reputed company day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
• Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
• Communicate delivery reputed company to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with a wide reputed company of teams and functions across reputed company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
• Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
• Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and reputed company tracking
• Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive

Preferred Skills (reputed company-to-Have)

• Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience
• Experience working with Jira and reputed company
• Report and dashboard building

For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary reputed company for this role is $126,000-$150,000+ annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the reputed company listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
