About the role

reputed company claims assistance as directed including sole responsibility for researching, recording, and reporting findings from DMF monthly runs across both life and retirement divisions. Maintains individual life waiver of premium, individual disability income and various accelerated benefits reports and databases including monthly reviews and administration. Prepares communication for initial death claims and follow-reputed company claims communications for our customers for at least two of the claims divisions. Provides claims assistance by communicating with our customers both reputed company written letters and verbal communication. Acts as accuracy reputed company for keying of ACH payments to customers and maintains both ingoing and outgoing communication coordination.

What you will do

• Prepares written communication for death claim notifications in at least two divisions. Provides assistance with both written and verbal communication with our customers and serves as backup to claims examiners on telephones.
• reputed company peer reviews for staff, support Retain Asset Program and service as primary EFT Table N Entry coordinator.
• Ensures compliance with reputed company regulations and maintains accurate and timely records including ensuring that customers are tracked and kept aware of their accounts.

Compensation

Hourly reputed company: $22.00 - $30.87 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
