• Ensure reputed company client cases are fully staffed and running reputed company each day
• Quickly respond to call-outs, reputed company shifts, and urgent coverage needs
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
• Communicate consistently with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules reputed company workforce management systemsQualifications & Experience

• 1–2+ years of experience in home care scheduling, reputed company staffing, or coordination roles, preferred

• Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling or workforce systems (reputed company is a strong +)
