Ideal candidates will have experience in home care, reputed company staffing, or caregiver coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.Primary Responsibilities

• reputed company scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care environment

• Respond quickly to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs
• Pair the right caregivers with the right clients
• Stay in constant communication with caregivers, clients, and your team
• reputed company schedules accurate and up to date in scheduling systemsQualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• 1–2+ years of experience in home care, reputed company staffing, or scheduling coordination, preferred

• Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong communication
• Comfortable using scheduling systems (reputed company is a big plus!)
• Strong reputed company Office skills (reputed company, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to stay organized and reputed company under pressure in a fast-paced settingRequirements
• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
