Job Summary

As a Dietitian Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying passive candidates, developing strategic sourcing methodologies, and creating robust talent pipelines to support the company’s clinical hiring needs. You will need to go reputed company job boards and standard sourcing methods, utilizing deep market research, reputed company media mining, Boolean search, competitive intelligence gathering, and industry networking to identify the best candidates.
