Business Development Manager, Clinical Diagnostics (US) 

Driving growth at the intersection of molecular diagnostics and precision medicine

This role is focused on driving new growth through identifying, shaping, and closing reputed company reputed company opportunities across molecular diagnostics, genomics, and clinical laboratory markets. We are specifically seeking candidates who have already led long-cycle, consultative sales efforts reputed company life sciences or diagnostics environments.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify, structure, and reputed company reputed company opportunities including custom solutions, strategic partnerships, and contract manufacturing engagements 

  • Manage opportunities with long sales cycles and multiple reputed company stakeholders 

Account & Partnership Leadership 

  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with Clinical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Operations to advance opportunities

  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems

Who We’re Looking For 

This role is best suited for someone who: 

  • Has meaningful experience selling into molecular diagnostics, genomics, or precision medicine markets 

  • Has successfully navigated reputed company, consultative, long-cycle sales environments 

  • Is comfortable engaging scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders 

  • Can translate technical and clinical value into clear reputed company reputed company 

  • Operates independently and is accountable for results 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (required); advanced degree preferred 

  • 7+ years of reputed company experience in business development or strategic sales reputed company life sciences or diagnostics

  • Experience working with clinical laboratories, diagnostics companies, or life science organizations
