Senior Technical Recruiter

reputed company is seeking a self-directed Senior Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing and vetting of talent for technical and technical-adjacent roles. This role combines hands-on reputed company with strategic sourcing leadership. Role Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end reputed company for technical to technical-adjacent roles
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate technical competency, cultural alignment, and communication skills
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and reputed company criteria
• reputed company and execute targeted sourcing strategies, aligning with business needs and ensuring a consistent reputed company of reputed company candidates
• Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted reputed company

Qualifications
