Technical Account Manager

Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• • Manage and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s strategic priorities. 

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers, influencers, and technical teams at customer organizations.

Requirements

 Education and Experience:

• • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or reputed company technical field. 

  • Minimum 5 years key account management experience in the Northeast with at least 10 years in the personal care industry. 

  • Solid understanding of personal care ingredients, formulation, and market dynamics. 

  • Prior formulation experience or ability to troubleshoot is a strong plus. 

  • Active in relevant industry associations.

Physical Requirements: 

• • Ability to work remotely and travel to customers and on-site company meetings.  

  • This role will be subject to approximately 25% overnight travel.

This is a remote position based in the Northeast U.S. region.
