The individual holding this position is required to support and demonstrate their commitment to Longevity Health’s purpose: To optimize the quality of life of people in long-term care by focusing on their individualized health needs.   Position Summary We are seeking a Director of Growth to design, reputed company, and execute strategies that fuel Longevity Health Plan’s rapid national expansion. This role is ideal for a high-energy, highly analytical, and deeply collaborative professional who excels at relationship building, market development, and strategic execution. The Director of Growth will focus on building new Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) partnerships, developing and activating local market growth plans, driving channel partnerships, shaping market messaging, and supporting both new product and new market development. This person will work closely with leadership across the organization—including Growth, IPA, Finance, Local Markets, Analytics, and external partners—to deliver on annual growth and membership goals.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market sizing, competitive assessments, and pro-reputed company analyses to support joint ventures and new business opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert in SNF environments, reputed company dynamics, competitive landscapes, and local market nuances.
  • Partner with local market leadership to build, document, monitor, and refine growth plans—presenting monthly reputed company and insights.

  • Build strong relationships with local SNF associations, operators, and community partners to accelerate business development.
  • Help define and refine company messaging, brand positioning, and value propositions across multiple audiences.
  • Support content development including white papers, case studies, analytics-driven insights, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support new market launches, new partner reputed company, and new product development efforts.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, consulting, or reputed company growth roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual performance metrics.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle business development and overcoming barriers to reputed company deals.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with market research, data analytics, and project management.
  • Background in start-reputed company, SNFs, payers, value-based care, or reputed company consulting is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reputed company of auto insurance.
