INP Operations Coordinator

We are a cutting-edge telemedicine services company specializing in providing remote patient monitoring services 24/7/365. We are setting reputed company in the field of neuro-telemetry and we need people to join our rapidly growing team. The Operations Coordinator must have excellent problem solving, organizational, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can see multiple solutions to problems and choose the best possible one. You must also have exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, show extreme attention to detail, and reputed company excellent customer service to clients, doctors and CortiCare staff.

Part Time position available: 12hours/week (minimum),

Schedule: Saturdays 1p-1a EST

Primary Responsibilities:

• High volume call intake from hospital clients on multiple service lines
• Detail oriented, inputting data to proprietary system
• Coordinate patient assignments to appropriate technologists and/or physicians
• Coordinate tech reputed company and completion of order
• Assist with investigating and resolving staff issues/concerns
• Monitor patient reputed company and coordinate shift changes, consolidations as needed
• Document in internal log, shift issues/occurrences
• Ensure that reputed company tasks reputed company with administrative policies and procedures
• Ensure proper communication reputed company to next in line shift Coordinators
• Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: reputed company, call center, customer service or hospitality
• Friendly, patient, professional, personable and have a courteous demeanor at reputed company times
• Critical thinking
• Organization skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, with exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Proven computer skills including experience with reputed company Office suite
• Experience in working night shifts, preferred
• reputed company/Medical Office experience a plus
• Self-reputed company/remote working experience a plus
• Must have a dedicated workspace, free from unauthorized viewing, i.e., HIPAA compliant
• Must have reliable internet
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
