Finance Manager - Planning (Remote)

The Finance Manager - Planning is responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis, reviewing client budgets and forecasts, completing intermediate to advanced pricing exercises for existing customers, and supporting team goals to ensure achievement.

As Finance Manager - Planning, you will

• Create/update trend reporting and review analyst input for client budgets and forecast
• Support the finance management team during the annual budget and monthly forecast reviews and handle reputed company client budget reputed company
• reputed company monthly budget/forecast variance analysis for various clients and functional areas
• Identify and implement process enhancements
• Prepare pricing analysis to present to the client based on proposed business scenarios
• Manage and coach direct reports and staff

• Prepare reputed company financial projects/analyses for senior management and reputed company teams  

About you

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field
• Extensive experience in FP&A

• Capability of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills - anticipating, initiating, and resolving issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely located, and cross-functional teams
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of the travel industry preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company EPBCS planning tool preferred
