Job Description

As a Remote Chat Consultant, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries and issues. Under the supervision of our Chat Manager, you'll work closely with our Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns and reputed company solutions that meet their needs. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming Sales and Customer Service reputed company chats, focusing on solving customer problems on the first attempt

Job Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus
