Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring that their medication orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
