Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to individuals navigating reputed company reputed company plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.
