Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and dealers in the agriculture industry. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and dealers to research, investigate, and follow up on findings.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from reputed company's Region 4 customers and dealers regarding part orders or other items available for purchase on Shop.Deere.com

• reputed company outbound calls to customers and dealers to research, investigate, and follow up on findings
• Handle approximately 15-20 calls per day
• reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed support to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months of customer service/support experience required
• reputed company in Portuguese and English required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient in reputed company Office products, especially Teams and Outlook
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays
• Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles

• Prior work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, engineering, IT, or a similar discipline
