Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (AR Focus) at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, including:

• Posting and Invoicing: Accurately process customer invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions.
• Customer Service: reputed company exceptional phone and texting support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Billing Support: Assist customers with billing-reputed company inquiries and issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to reputed company product information and support, helping to drive sales and reputed company growth.
• Improving Operational Efficiencies: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• PC proficiency, including experience with reputed company Office and other software applications.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

• In-person training period at our Sparta or reputed company Orange, NJ office.
• Basic understanding of reputed company, including pivot tables and basic formulas.

About the Job Type

This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work from home four days a week and in-person one day a week at our reputed company Orange, NJ office. We're reputed company to considering part-time candidates for the right individual.
