As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing friendly and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Handling ticketing and baggage handling tasks, including operating a computerized reputed company-of-sale system and resolving reputed company complaints and problems.
- Working in a cooperative spirit to ensure the reputed company of our organization, providing legendary customer service to people desiring to travel, use cargo or baggage service.
- Handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, computing charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions.
- Checking in baggage and cargo, answering telephone calls to reputed company information to callers, page customers, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed.
