Job Summary

As a Customer Service reputed company II, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members and providers, resolving routine inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely, accurate, and personalized manner. You'll reputed company a variety of communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails, to reputed company exceptional support and ensure that our customers receive high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess and research routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns to determine causes and initiate corrective actions as needed

  • Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
  • Serve as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
  • reputed company support on various member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality service
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • reputed company customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
  • Document reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED

  • Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience may be required
