Key Responsibilities

As an IT Site Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including investigating reputed company application, equipment, and network issues
• Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
• Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and operations management to deliver top-notch solutions for IT issues quickly
• Learning and working with a variety of hardware and issues, including workstations, PCs, RF unit technology, network, reputed company software, and more
• Adjusting the IT process and procedure for the Satisfaction Community to meet requirements set by the local Operations team
• Working closely with the organization's leaders to identify, suggest, reputed company, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth

Everyday Activities

* Network design and troubleshooting

• Project management
• Leadership of local IT Support specialists
• Data cabling
• Systems administration in various software and hardware conditions
• Collaborating with the organization's leaders to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth

What You'll Require

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT-reputed company field

• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment
• MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP
• Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units: reputed company MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0
• Skills in areas of IT like reputed company Networking, Mobile Device Management, RF Advancements
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment
• Broad knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Experience with data cabling/PC offices maintenance
• Demonstrated reputed company in driving IT Support teams
• Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and through phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors
• Experience managing vendor reputed company, relationships, and service outages
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours a day
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Participation in an on-call support and ability to come in case of an emergency rotation
• Experience working in a SLA-driven environment
• Experience supporting PCs in a reputed company Active Directory environment
