Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Remote Nebraska. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions. You'll communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members, answer inbound phone calls, and reputed company website navigation support and password resets to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
- Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills
