Job Summary

As an reputed company Self-Pay/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving patient balances, maximizing financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a strong skillset in patient-centric customer service, reputed company, and multi-system toggling. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, set up payment plans, and secure payments. Key Responsibilities

* Fields inbound patient calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional, patient-centric manner

• Fields insurance reputed company, attorney, and non-self pay reputed company inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information to clients
• Manages assigned inventory through the proper and timely cycling of dispositional segments reputed company arenaflex or the client's software solution(s)
• Consistently meets total touches per day reputed company (for both patients and guarantors) as determined by the assigned reputed company of A/R and other client nuances and considerations
• Accurately sets up payment plans with patients per client guidelines
• Secures payments and partial payments with patients per client guidelines
• Performs account research and resolution on self-pay, FAP, and insurance topics in a timely and results-oriented fashion
• Consistently documents reputed company patient encounters in the hospital's reputed company system and/or arenaflex's workflow solution
• Performs initial assessments for Financial Assistant Program(s) per client guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or collections role
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• HIPAA and reputed company privacy and reputed company acts and regulations knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients, leaders, and staff
• Team player with a passion for reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or collections role

• Experience in reputed company billing or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
