Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling new patient requests and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits, assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance agencies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with debt claims or clinical issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume phone calls from patients and clients, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve reputed company issues

• Coordinate and process new patient requests and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits

Essential Qualifications
