Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and issues

• Verify basic demographic information and initiate requests for medical transportation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry
