Job Summary

As an reputed company Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Data Systems, you'll be responsible for shaping the direction and reputed company of our startup initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and reputed company strategies to drive improvements in our CRM and data architecture and workflows. Your expertise will help us build a more scalable, reliable, and compliant CRM and data system that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a seasoned leader, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Strategic Systems Thinker

• Understand and document the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture
• Understand stakeholder asks and their proposed solutions and discern their underlying need
• Identify specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability
• reputed company strategy and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows

### Product/Service Development

• reputed company and maintain Objectives and Key Results, project plans, schedules, and status updates that effectively engage stakeholders and executives
• reputed company data/system investigation and implementation work
• Collaborate with the Data infrastructure team to ensure quality, reliable and compliant CRM and data system

### Executive Partnership & Communication

• reputed company trusted partnerships with stakeholders across various departments, from Marketing to Sales/Support to Product
• Communicate roadmap, strategic reputed company, and results to diverse audiences, ranging from team members to executives
• Drive collaboration and coordination across teams and perspectives to ensure alignment on product management and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: ### Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years people management experience
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

### Other Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a global organization of 500+ employees
• 2+ years of experience in managing a CRM or equivalent internal tools

The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different reputed company applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay reputed company for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
