Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients, handling new patient requests and reorders, and working closely with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new patient requests and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits
  • Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system
  • Collect and process copay payments, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with debt claims or clinical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

Essential Qualifications

* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone

  • One year of work experience with reputed company-based applications, including reputed company, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
  • One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and preference
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams
