Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various customer requests
• Navigating multiple computer systems and applications with ease
• Documenting each contact in a database to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience OR
• An Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience OR
