The Opportunity
As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of reputed company for prospective patients seeking care. You’ll guide individuals through scheduling and education, helping them take the reputed company toward treatment.
What You’ll Do
Patient Communication & Support
- Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, assessing needs and answering general questions about treatment options
- reputed company timely, high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Register and schedule new patients for clinics and surgery centers
- Send appropriate materials prior to initial appointments
- Manage appointment changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, and confirmations
- Follow established policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations
- Accurately document and manage patient interactions
- reputed company outbound calls to warm leads who have requested information or scheduling

- Support and reputed company feedback on marketing initiatives as a creative contributor

- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of customer interaction or customer support experience (phone or face-to-face) strongly preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to resolve customer concerns effectively

- Knowledge of medical terminology and office ethics preferred
