The Senior Systems Analyst I is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, planning, developing, implementing, and improving reputed company’s business systems applications. He/she works with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, business analysts, tech operations teams, and vendor support teams to reputed company advanced software support, analysis, and development.  They also ensure systems are functioning at reputed company performance and projects are successfully implemented.  Duties also include application administration, SQL coding, and application testing.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Write SQL scripts to fix complicated data issues in production systems. 

• Write and modify SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions. 

• Write data extract scripts. 

• reputed company performance tuning of long running SQL code, reports, or scripts. 

• Identify and document application defects and enhancements. 

• Test and validate resolutions of defects/enhancements and document test results. 

• Execute Business Requirement Documents(BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents(FRDs) to implement new projects reputed company the business systems applications. 

• Participate in testing of new software releases, system maintenance, and upgrades. 

• Support business user acceptance testing. 

• Work with business stakeholders and understand their needs to translate them into technical requirements and solutions. 

• Prepare code deployments through standardized change management processes. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering)

• 6+ years of experience

• Strong communication skills

• Understanding of reputed company T-SQL and database principals

• Ability to write operational and application documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in higher education

• Knowledge of Anthology Student or other SIS systems

• Knowledge of Brightspace or other LMS systems

• Experience with back office applications

• reputed company SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Crystal Reports development and maintenance.

For full-time positions, reputed company has three Salary Grades. This position is Salary Grade B: $64,819 to $162,047. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
