Homecare Consultant

reputed company, LLC is looking for a Part-Time HomeCare Consultant with HomeCare Management experience who can review our reputed company company practices and reputed company reputed company to grow our HomeCare division. We are looking for an individual who possesses reputed company for the future. 

The ideal candidate should have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, reputed company, Director, Operations/reputed company Manager level or equivalent)

This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, for 10 to 20 hours per week. You must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with reputed company laptop. 

Must have high-speed internet.

To Qualify For This Position you MUST HAVE HomeCare Agency experience.

Job Responsibilities: 

Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities, then shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth.

Consultant Job Duties: 

Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention. 

Review the Homecare Division’s client and caregiver reputed company, referral sources, and recruitment channels, and recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring. 

Assist in implementing those recommendations that are accepted. 

Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggest ways to improve. Work with  management to improve the growth reputed company of the Homecare Division. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff Must be flexible and organized 

Must be reputed company to work without reputed company supervision 

The ability to interact with a wide reputed company of people 

Must be reputed company to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality. Must be tech-savvy 

You must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly! 

You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
