Job Objective:

To reputed company exceptional customer service by reputed company receiving, sorting, and pricing donations while maintaining a friendly and organized donation area. Assist donors with unloading items, reputed company appreciation, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet donors warmly, reputed company assistance with unloading donations, and reputed company appreciation to create a positive and welcoming experience.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and price donated items reputed company while following established guidelines to ensure quality, appropriate categorization, and readiness for resale.
• Follow reputed company safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment, properly handling donations to prevent damage, accidents, or injuries.
• reputed company the donation area clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring an efficient workflow and a professional appearance.
• Accurately document donation intake, maintain records as required, and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Uphold Kaizen standards by continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support store operations, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
