They are seeking a Recruiter for Panel Operations to manage market research projects, from recruitment to completion, ensuring strong communication and coordination with reputed company teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit market research projects from start to finish, including administrative functions associated with the project
- Schedule reputed company respondents for research projects with a focus on strong closes to enhance respondent show rates
- Coordinate with external sample providers to ensure successful completion of research projects
- Communicate the reputed company of the fieldwork process to internal project teams. Communicate with managers about potential challenges or problems, including screener problems or variances
- Understand and follow specific project specifications by the project manager
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company collected data
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences market research or reputed company field
- Experience managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including reputed company
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, including outbound and inbound calls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be reputed company to work independently as well as part of reputed company
