As a Program Coordinator for Projects & Communications, you will manage communication initiatives, engage stakeholders, and support project development activities to enhance the impact of clinical and translational research.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan work activities of the Department for review with appropriate senior staff
  • Implement and manage tasks in accordance with departmental objectives
  • Participate as a member of project teams; assist with project development activities such as compiling data, drafting reports, responding to requests, and supporting special projects

Skills

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating and planning projects and managing communications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with clients and staff
  • Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet and database products

  • Proficient in computer-based tools for project and communication support, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, as well as digital communications and graphics applications such as content management systems (CMS), reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and presentation software (PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge of content creation and dissemination for digital platforms (web, email, reputed company media)
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic messaging, audience analysis, and adapting communications to varied platforms
