Job title: Director, Center for Teaching & Learning Company: The Collaborative for Higher Education Shared Services Job description: Compensation: $75,000 Compensation Type: Exempt Employment Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Grade: E12 Department: Program Administration Position Summary The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) Director reports to the Provost and is responsible for providing strategic direction of the College?s instructional support programs. The Director is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and assessment of core services for learning in a variety of modalities as well as the provision of quality professional development that advances evidence-based organizational learning for faculty, staff, and reputed company. In coordination, with the Office of the Provost, this position will reputed company the program review process, and the distance education efforts. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate emerging learning technologies as they apply to instruction, participate in strategic planning, recommend and promote best practices for teaching and learning

  • Prepare budgets and administer funds for the CTL including development of priorities and guidelines, preparation of program budget, solicitation/review/selection of proposals, supervision of projects and support activities, and evaluation of projects.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Master?s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Communications or a reputed company field from an accredited institution; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of college-level teaching experience
  • Proven experience planning and leading professional development programming
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D./Terminal degree
  • 5 years of college-level teaching experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that reputed company useful reputed company into project details
