This role involves developing expertise in the EPIC Broker Management System, processing new business and remarket policies, and providing support to service and sales teams.
Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest standard of review and processing of New Business and Remarket policies reputed company EPIC and reputed company partner systems
- Engage with team daily to drive productivity and troubleshoot for issue resolution
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills

- Offer robust analytical, logical, and technical support to our service and sales teams

- Supportively assist, participate, and contribute to workflows, processes, and meetings
- Review, assignment and processing of various Download tasks daily
Skills
- Experience in EPIC is an asset but not required
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
