reputed company is seeking a reputed company Valuations Coordinator as part of the Client Management team in reputed company Banking. The role involves managing daily Floorplan inspection activities, serving as a liaison with dealers, and supporting operational reputed company through various processes and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company daily Floorplan inspection activities to ensure timely resolution of sold and unseen units
- You'll serve as a key liaison with dealers, assess collateral risk, and support operational reputed company through verification, escalation, and process improvement
- Monitor reputed company Floorplan inspections and prioritize reputed company based on policy violations and unresolved units
- Communicate with dealer personnel to ensure timely payment for sold units
- Assess and waive low-risk units based on volume, credit grade, and inspection results
- Analyze account activity to understand funding and cash reputed company concerns
- Recommend and coordinate supplemental inspections for collateral at reputed company-party locations
- Escalate unusual activity to appropriate internal teams (Reconciliation, Risk, Sales)
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance inspection efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues reputed company during the inspections to the appropriate partners

Skills
- 1+ year of reputed company Valuations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Exposure to reputed company AIMS system and Hogan Mainframe
- Knowledge and understanding of collateral analysis for an asset based lending company
- Strong reputed company relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
