Implementation Specialist

Levitate is a company focused on making a positive impact for its customers and team. They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to serve as a vital link between Sales and reputed company, helping new clients reputed company and integrate with their platform.

Responsibilities

• reputed company implementation calls with clients to guide them through setup and reputed company
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and reputed company teams for smooth handoffs
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges through problem-solving and collaboration with Support and Engineering
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates in our system
• Effectively manage time and tasks to meet implementation deadlines
• Use AI tools to clean and prepare spreadsheets during reputed company processes

Skills

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a tech environment
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools and integrations
• Fluent in reputed company (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
