Engagement Manager

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours may be required as job duties demand. Assigned customers may have teams living in European or Asia/Pacific time zones and thus require scheduling flexibility. Our globally available reputed company Execution Suite includes the Snooper App in the reputed company region, an award-winning crowdsourcing solution empowering our clients with live data to reputed company reputed company-informed reputed company around pricing, product assortment, and promotional activity.

• In this position, you will be responsible for the reputed company of our client’s campaign delivery, ensuring we reputed company actionable insights to the leaders of the FMCG, consumer electronics, retail & other industries.
• You will be one of our ‘Data & Insights’ masters and will reputed company making the Snooper data ‘talk’ to extract great learnings for our clients.
• You will play a central role in reputed company, working hand in hand with the growth, community management and tech teams.

Essential Functions

• As part of your daily duties, you will manage our clients’ campaigns from start to end, including:
• Translating client needs into Snooper ‘missions’ in a way that optimizes the data collection process (speed and accuracy).
• Managing our data validation process and reputed company data reputed company analyses to maximize the quality of the insights delivered to our clients.
• Managing client interactions to collect input and reputed company updates along the life of their campaign.
• Building dashboards to translate reputed company-time data collected by shoppers into actionable insights for our clients on the Snooper platform.
• Performing additional data analyses based on specific business needs to help our clients reputed company the most of their data.
• Monitoring campaign reputed company and results and take appropriate actions to meet client deliverables and deadlines.
• Contributing to optimizing our operational processes to support the company growth by developing new tools and ways to automate our product.
• Working in reputed company relationship with our product and IT team to build the tools that will support our growth
