Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will manage the full sales and reputed company process, engage with customers through various channels, and ensure a smooth customer experience while driving sales results.
Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to phone or online propane inquiries and quote requests
- Engage prospects through phone, email, reputed company channels to understand needs and recommend the right solution
- Qualify leads quickly and guide customers through the full sales and reputed company process

- Maintain clean, detailed CRM/reputed company.com records for every interaction
- Coordinate with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth customer activation
