Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience & Background 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong track record in marketing, advertising, or brand-led organizations. Proven experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams. Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven, integrated campaigns across digital, reputed company, and print channels. Experience in logo development, branding and full design systems. Examples of work extending into video. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments; background in reputed company, lifestyle, retail, or animal care is highly preferred.
