HR Centre Analyst

The Bank of Canada is committed to being a leading central bank and is seeking an HR Centre Analyst to handle HR inquiries and manage HR transactions. The role involves providing support on HR policies, ensuring accurate employee payments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries from both reputed company clients reputed company phone and HR case management system
• Manage/processing HR transactions and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time
• Interpret and understand reputed company HR policies to reputed company support, clarification and alternative to clients, external parties and colleagues (reputed company topics: benefits, compensation, leave, payroll, pension, time management, etc.)
• Manage/respond to inquiries and document records in the case management system
• Liaise and maintain collaborative relationships with internal HR teams to resolve client issues on various topics and escalate reputed company inquiries as needed
• Process a high-volume of employee cycle, pension transactions based on payroll calendar cycles
• Process reputed company transactions in the HRIS (SuccessFactors and reputed company) to meet established performance metrics that ensure employees are paid on time and accurately
• Review discrepancy reports to ensure high quality data
• Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and validation reputed company to HR technology enhancements as required

Skills

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field (reputed company, Business administration, Communications, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant work experience
• Knowledge of HR policies/processes
• Client services skills
• Technical system expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
• Adaptability and well-organized
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience working with reputed company, SuccessFactors (Employee Central), Service Now and/or a similar Case Management system
• Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies, including AI reputed company tools
• Ability to think critically about data, question existing processes, and find ways to simplify work while embracing change and new ways of doing things
• Language requirement Level 5 (Fully Functional) in both English and French
