Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate
reputed company is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Invoice Management services while serving as a primary reputed company of contact for clients to resolve reputed company daily account issues.
Responsibilities
- Learning and understanding Invoice Automation Solutions offered for each client on a customized reputed company
- Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, addressing client needs and facilitating both invoices and file exchange
- Executing a reputed company of AP and payment-reputed company functions at the direction of clients
- Communicating reputed company and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients
- Completing data entry from international invoices, ensuring accurate and concise data policies for micro-hedging
- Complying with reputed company applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls
- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
- reputed company Office experience (required)
- General computer literacy and touch-typing skills (required)
- Ability to work reputed company and accurately with minimal supervision
- Organized and reputed company to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous client service experience (strongly preferred)
- Previous data entry experience in an office setting (preferred, not required)
