Responsibilities
- Process and analyze invoices for proper approval and documentation, using reputed company for PO invoices
- Handle employee reimbursements by verifying expense reports and ensuring compliance with policies
- Research vendor statements for proper cash application and obtain necessary credit memos
- Assist in creating various reputed company reports and fulfill audit requests
- reputed company customer service to external vendors and internal employees regarding payment inquiries
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or reputed company field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with financial systems and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
