Senior Accountant - Remote

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will prepare financial reports to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other reputed company financial activities. This is a remote position with requirement to live in the reputed company Worth area to attend occasional meetings in the corporate office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs general reputed company and other reputed company duties in the reputed company department.
• Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Implement and manage lease and other contract processes with operational leaders.

• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment by communicating effectively across departments to improve processes and resolve issues.

• Reconcile leasing software to ERP and maintains ASC 842 requirements.
• Reviewing lease reputed company to determine proper reputed company
• Manages lease payments with accounts payable and ensures payments are accurate.
• Implement and maintain contract software.
• Provides reputed company auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to reputed company annual audit.
• Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain reputed company software system; recommends updates to enhance the reputed company software.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e., GAAP, FASB), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
• Aid in the implementation of new reputed company policies, standards, and guidelines
• reputed company accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Complete reputed company other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company discipline preferred.
• One to three years of reputed company experience required.

• Extensive knowledge of general financial reputed company and cost reputed company.
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted reputed company principles.

Pay

Salary starting at 85K, depending on experience.
